Ili's prenatal yoga classes are accessible for everyone, regardless of what stage of pregnancy you're at or how much or little yoga experience you have. Ili hosts a welcoming space to come and connect with other mum's, work out any physical issues that have been coming up for you and she tailors the class for what you tell her you are needing. Ili is also always happy to have a chat about what you'd like to integrate next class or about her knowledge that might be able to support you and bubs outside the yoga class. Ili’s birth partner yoga class was an incredibly valuable experience for my partner and me. It provided us with practical tools to stay connected, calm, and confident leading up to birth. The movements and breathing techniques were easy to follow, and by the end of the class, I felt much more in tune with my body and my partner’s support.

I had a 4-hour postpartum support session with Ili, and it was exactly what I needed! She was intuitive and understanding, offering invaluable support during a challenging time. Ili made a big batch of delicious cookies perfect for breastfeeding and prepared frozen meals for my toddler, which was a lifesaver. The process was simple; I ordered ingredients online, and Ili picked them up.
Having her company during those isolating postpartum days was wonderful. She even helped with baby duties, allowing me to enjoy a much-needed shower. We finished with a mini yoga session that eased my breastfeeding aches. When Ili left, everything was tidy, and I had a stocked freezer, delicious food, and a bottle of water ready.

Sophie Rosser - Postpartum Support
I've been lucky enough to know Ili in a few different ways. Firstly, I took her bubs and mums yoga which was such a beautiful connection and movement soon after my baby was born. There were lots of giggles, milk and some baby antics (lol).
Secondly, Ili comes and teaches her partner yoga to my hypnobirthing classes and shows us how to be a supportive and connected partner in pregnancy and labour.
Thirdly, I know Ili for being a beautiful mama alongside me and my own family, sharing our own laughs and struggles as we raise our children and attempt to build our own and others villages. Ili is a warm and pragmatic presence in any room she's in, and is a bloody good cook!
We're lucky to have Ili supporting us like a village should, as our families are growing.
