Home birth setup - Assisting in setting up a calming and supportive ambiance for your home birth, including the setup of a birthing pool if desired.
Home baked goods - Providing nourishing snacks and drinks to keep you energised throughout labor and during the post-birth recovery.
Support - Offering dedicated support to the birthing mother, partner, and older siblings. This could even include staying with older children if you need to be transferred, ensuring everyone feels supported and cared for.
Birth positions - Guiding you through different birthing positions and movements that encourage the baby’s descent and facilitate a smoother labor.
Calming techniques - Sharing empowering affirmations and breathing techniques to help you stay calm, focused, and confident throughout the process.
Please note, if a transfer to a medical facility becomes necessary, I will not be accompanying you. However, rest assured that you will be in the expert hands of medical professionals, and I’ll be available for follow-up support once you are settled.
