My postpartum support offering is what I lovingly call an “East meets West” postpartum experience.
Where I come from, we take the confinement period seriously. 44 days where the new mother is truly treated like a queen. This means daily in-home massages, nourishing home-cooked meals delivered straight to you, and ample time for bonding with your baby. Your only job is to rest, heal, feed, and cuddle your baby. Everything else is taken care of by a doula or by your family, your village.
That’s the Eastern approach. Nurturing, restorative, deeply supportive.
But in the Western world, especially for expats or those living away from family, this kind of care can feel out of reach. And yet, you still deserve to be supported. You still deserve to be held, nourished, and surrounded by care as you step into this next chapter.
And that’s where I come in.
I’m here not just to be your one support person, but to help you create your ideal postpartum experience - to build your village. I’ll work with you and your partner to plan what this special period could look like for you—whether that’s practical help, emotional support, meal preparation, education, or just someone to hold space for you.
This is your postpartum. You get to do it your way, but you don’t have to do it alone.

If a full home-visit postpartum care package is not what you are looking for, you can choose the Postpartum Support Planning session instead. In this two-hour meeting, we will sit down together and have an open, supportive conversation. We will focus on creating a personalised postpartum plan during your antenatal period to help make your transition into parenthood as smooth and manageable as possible.
